House Tonic produces a quarterly magazine showcasing what’s going on in our bars around the world. Editor, Rebecca Seal tells us why she loves it so much….
House Tonic is a magazine for anyone who is interested in drinks – whether they’re after a perfect cocktail or just a jolly good cup of tea. It’s great fun to edit the magazine because of the enthusiasm of everyone who works behind the Soho House Group bars. Whether they’re heading off to Mexico to learn about tequila, working out where the best bar tools come from or examining the science of ice, they’re all totally into what they’re doing. And of course, in the name of research, I also get to try all the best drinks!
