As a core part of House Tonic, on an annual basis, Soho House host a week long seminar whereby the key bartenders from around the world meet in either London, Berlin, New York, LA or Miami to create the next round of House Tonic cocktails.

In January 2011, eight of our Ambassadors from Berlin to NY and LA met in Shoreditch House for a week of training, brainstorming and ingredient sourcing. Of course the week was not confined to our bars, in the evenings they let loose and went on different cocktail safaris around London.

Building on what had been achieved in 2011, and this time hosted by Soho House New York – 2012’s House Tonic Summit proved to be another successful meet. The focus of this year’s agenda: coffee, cocktails, training and expanding the House Tonic Bible.
